about 0.9 i think. i may be wrong so dont take my word for it

I thought about it this way; the ratio between compost and soil is 2/8. 2/8 is also equal to 1/4, and 1/4 of 12 is 3. So you'd want 3 kilograms of compost a d 9kg of soil. (:
