Since 1000 m is 1 km, find a number that 200 multiplies with to get 3000m.
The answer is 15 times.

kilo=100
3kilometers=3000meters

3000 meters=how many times of the track
track=200
3000meters=how many times 200
divide both sidse by 200
15=how many laps
