Write an expression represents "the quotient of the sum of x plus 8 and 10

Quotient=The result of dividing two numbers or expressions. For example, the 40 divided by 5 has a quotient of 8.

Sum= Answer to an addition problem

So, I am guessing: 8x10=80
And 10+8=18
And 18+80=98
