I'm not certain, But i think you would set it up to look like this 10-2(x+4) then use distributive property 10-2x+8 add like terms 10+8 18-2x divide 18 by -2 to isolate x -9 so I think your final answer would be -9. I'm not sure if this is correct so I'm really really sorry if this is wrong. :c
