No , they’re not living things , they don’t have a nucleus nor anything that can keep themselves in a stable state , that is why they replicate only inside the cells of a host organism. viruses are unable to replicate and many are unable to survive for long in the extracellular environment, so without a host , they won’t be able to survive for a long period of time. Most biologists say that they’re not living things but some say that they are , so u could say either one of them and i bet you’d get it right.
