In Microsoft Office Applications such as Powerpoint, Word, Excel, and others the Replace action is a feature in Microsoft office applications wherein you can find and automatically change a word or a phrase. To open the Replace dialog box, press CTRL + H key. Once you filled out the "find what" and "replace with" field you then click on Find Next button to confirm the changes.
