How could you use division to find out how many whole pies are in 11/3 of a pie? explain!!!!!!

11/3 is the same as 11 divided by 3 so that wiuld be 3 remander 2 so it would be 3 2/3

11/3 can be thought of as 11 divided by 3. when you do this, you will find that 3 can only fit into 11 3 times. therefore, 11/3 of a pie only contains 3 whole pieces.
