$15\%\ multiply\ by\ cost\ of\ dinner\ 25,20\$\\\\ 15\%=(15)/(100)=0,15\\\\ 15\%*25,20=0,15*25,20=3,78\$\\\\ Service\ tip\ is\ equal\ to\ 3,78\$.$

$15 \% \ of 25.50 \$=(15)/(100)* 25.50=\\ \\ =(3)/(20)*25.50= 3*1.275=\boxed{3.825 \$-the \ tip}$
