The Solution.

The total frequency for the experiment is

\text{Total frequency =8+6+11+7=32}

Relative Frequency means the ratio of the frequency of a particular event in a statistical experiment to the total frequency.

So, for numbers greater than 1, we have the following frequencies:

6+11+7=24

So, the relative frequency of spinning numbers greater than 1 is

(24)/(32)=(3)/(4)

Hence, the correct answer is 3/4 or 0.75
