Given a function;

f(x)=|x|_{}

This is graphed as;

There exist another function g(x), such that f(x) is translated by 5units shift to the left.

To shift a function left, add inside the function's argument;

\begin{gathered} f(x)\rightarrow f(x+b) \\ \end{gathered}

That is, f(x) is shifted b units to the left.

The function g(x) is;

g(x)=|x+5|

CORRECT OPTION: D
