The equation of the circumference with respect to the radius is:
C = 2(pi)*r
Thus to solve for r:
r=C/(2(pi))
r=82.896/(2*3.14)
r=13.2 inches

pie (3.14)
82.896 = 2 x 3.14 x r
82.896 = 6.28 x r
r = 82.896 / 6.28
r = 13.2
