To rotate the figure 90 degrees clockwise about a point, every point (x, y) will rotate to (y, -x):


(x,y)\to(y,-x)

The vertices of the triangle have the following coordinates:


\begin{gathered} 1=(-5,-1) \\ 2=(-1,-2) \\ 3=(-3,-4) \end{gathered}

Applying the transformation rule, we have the new coordinates to be:


\begin{gathered} 1\to(-1,-(-5))=(-1,5) \\ 2\to(-2,-(-1))=(-2,1) \\ 3\to(-4,-(-3))=(-4,3) \end{gathered}

The transformed image is shown below (the black triangle):
