Since there is no options, it could be a chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or Bronchitis
Both are Major leading cause of death in United States
Usually caused by prolong used of cigarette, which filled the patient's lung with harmful chemical substance over period of time

All of these symptoms are associated with the posibility of the fact that this person was a heavy smoker - having high blood pressure, damaged lungs, low blood-oxygen concentration and also throat cancer are things which pose a very bad outlook for the person having them.
