I'm trying to make a cigar box guitar for a school project, but I can't figure out what I should do for DIY tuning pegs (you can't use pre-made parts except for the strings) Please help it's due in 2 days and I'm really stressed about it

Tuning pegs are constructed from eye bolts, washers, and wingnuts.You can drill holes for the strings and tuning pegs.

I would suggest using wooden clothes pins, the round ones. You can drill holes in the finger board, and insert the clothespins. The slots in the clothespins can be used to hold the strings.
