The regular recommendation of many health professionals are to drink 8-10 glasses of water daily however, this is dependent on the activity the person is engaging in and the climate the person is engrossed to. For example, when an athlete has ran possibly n kms. it might be a necessity for a person to drink water since the body processed much faster than normal.
