we have SPQR similar to OLMN

SP/OL=PQ/LM=QR/MN=SR/ON

to find out MN

PQ/LM=QR/MN

QR/MN=SR/ON

SP/OL=QR/MN

therefore

substitute given values

6/3=5/x

5/x=8/4

4/2=5/x

the answer is

option D
