6500 cL. Centi is actually = 0.01.
6500cL = 6500 * 0.01L = 65 L
Therefore 6500cL = 65 L.

There are 65 Liters in 6500 centiliters.
1 cl = 0.01 L, so 0.01 x 6500 = 65
