Given two similar triangles

So, the corresponding angles are congruent, and the corresponding sides are proportional

As shown:

m∠ Y = 35, m∠ X = 90

So, m∠ W = 90 - 35 = 55

And the triangle XYW is similar to the triangle ECD

So,
