Kasey had 45 tickets for games at the school carnival . She used 1/3 of her tickets to play the spin the wheel game. She used 1/3 of the remaining tickets to play a balloon game ,where she won 8 more tickets . How many things cleats did Kacey have after playing these two games?

45 original tickets then 1/3 goes away. Find that answer mathematically. then subtract your answer from 45 to get the remaining 2/3. Those are the used playing the balloon game. I am not sure what it means by cleats...
