The answer is a trapezoid. It has one pair of parallel sides, but can not be called a parallelogram because parallelograms has two pairs of parallel sides.

Answer: The trapezoid.

Explanation:

A parallelogram is only crafted with parallel pairs, so here we have a parallel pair and other that is not parallel.

This is the trapezoid, where the base and the top are parallel (where one is larger than the other) and the other two sides are tilted connecting the base with the top, and because the base length and the top length are different, the other two sides can not be parallel.
