hydrogen and oxygen. i don't know about the others but hydrogen and oxygen make up water and your body like other mammals is mostly made up of water.

There are several variations of a mnemonic answering this question. One is CHONPS...Carbon, Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Sulfur.
