Easy,
it's already good, written in y=mx+b form
m=slope
You have,
5y=x-3
Divide by 5 to isolate the y
Making it,
y=
The slope,m, is
.

y=mx+b
m=slope
so we just have to convert it to such
5y=x-3
sivide both sides by 5 to get 1y
y=1/5x-3/5
y=mx+b
m=1/5
slope=1/5
