Let us revise some rules of log

\log (a)+\log (b)=\log (a)(b)
\log (a)-\log (b)=\log ((a)/(b))

Let us use these rules to solve the question

The given expression is

\log (2)-\log (6)

By using the 2nd rule

\log (2)-\log (6)=\log ((2)/(6))=\log ((1)/(3))

Also, we can use the first rule when chang log(6) to -log(1/6)

\begin{gathered} \log (2)-\log (6)=\log (2)-\lbrack-\log ((1)/(6))\rbrack \\ \log (2)-\log (6)=\log (2)+\log ((1)/(6)) \end{gathered}

By using the first rule

\log (2)-\log (6)=\log (2)+\log ((1)/(6))

The correct answers are C and D
