This is a congurent shape which means it is identical(both shapes are identical). Therefore. A must equal to 133degrees as it is 133 in the other shape. Making A-133 D-86 and C-41 degrees. Now we have to find B which is very simple. ABCD is a four sided shape, (polygon as well i think), therefore all the interior angles must equal to 360 degrees.

Therefore 133+86+41+b=360
Therefore 260+b=360
Which equals to b=360-260

Therefore B=100 degrees

Therefore A=133 degrees B=100 degrees C=41 degrees D=86 degrees
