Easy,
split them up,
-4(-11+4n)=
=44-16n
then
-3(-2n+9)=
=6n-27
Making it, 44-16n+6n-27, add your apples and oranges
-16n+6n=-10n
44-27=17
-10n+17.
Thus, this is your answer.
