the surface area of a rectangular prism is:
A = 2( (2*3) + (4*2) + (4*3) ) = 2( 6 + 8 + 12 ) = 2(26) = 52 so the answer for the first one is : 52in.^2
and for the second one u should know the surface area of a cube is:
6x ^2 so the answer is:
6x^2 square unites :)))
i hope this is helpful
have a nice day

1.) Surface Area:

Formula: A= 2(wl+hl+hw)

A= 2(2*3+4*3+4*2)
A= 2(6+12+8)
A= 2(26)
A=52.

2.) Cube Surface Area
Formula: A=6
a^(2)

thus, 6
x^(2) square units.
