Sexual awareness is a significant issue while dealing with adolescence. Adolescence is the aftermath of puberty or when a child becomes an adult. In that time frame, they will start to explore new things and develop hormones that would urge them or make them curious to sexual activity. This would be the best time to make sure that child/person is aware and knowledgeable of the precautions of sexual activity.
