if two fractions have the same denominator but different numerators which fraction is greater? Give an example.

the larger fractron will be the fraction with the greater numerator.
ex. 4/5 is greater than 2/5

The fraction with the greater numerator is the greater fraction. Having the same denominator means that the numerator is out of the same amount of "pieces" as the other fraction. For example, 7/9 and 5/9
the denominators (the number on the bottom) are the same in both, while the numerators (the number on top) are not equal. So 7/9 is the greater fraction in that example.
