The quotations in this sentence are rightly put before and after the commas in their right position.

The answer to your question would be that the quotation that is punctuated correctly is the following one: "Take it away," he said, "because I have no use for it." That is, your answer would be D.

Whenever you are splitting the quote in half to interject a parenthetical, you should not capitalize the second part of the quote as it is part of the other half. It is only one quotation.
