Is there such a thing as 0x, there's 5x, 6x, 19x, x etc., but 0x... just sound weird to me.

Zero × anything is zero, so no... you'll never see 0x. If for some reason you do, just rewrite the equation without it... because it's zero. :)

Answer:

We write 0 in place of 0x.

Explanation:

  • When we multiply any number, any variable, any expression, any equation with zero the result is always zero.

  • 0* x = 0
  • So, when we multiply 0 by x and write it as 0x, it makes no sense because ultimately the answer is zero.
  • So, usually in practice we do not use such thing as 0x.
  • We directly write zero(0), in place for 0x.
  • So, 0x is not used in general practice, where as we can use the term 5x, 4x, 3x, 2x and so on.
  • There is no such thing as 0x.
