you can say:
(241/100 × 10^3) + (358/100 × 10^4) ⇒(241/10^2×10^3)+(358/10^2 ×10^4) ⇒ (241 × 10) + (358 × 10^2) ⇒ 2410 + 35800= 38210 :))
