We need to substitute (x,y)=(3,4) in both equations, as shown below


\begin{gathered} 6x+4y=34 \\ \Rightarrow6(3)+4(4)=34 \\ \Rightarrow18+16=34 \\ \Rightarrow34=34 \\ 5x-2y=15 \\ \Rightarrow5(3)-2(4)=15 \\ \Rightarrow15-8=15 \\ \Rightarrow7=15!!! \end{gathered}

(3,4) is only a solution to equation 1.
