-8≥-5x+2>-38
-10≥-5x>-40
2≤x<8 (when divided by a negative number, the sign changes from ≥ or > to ≤ or <)
so x is between 2 (include 2, a solid dot) and 8 (doesn't include 8, a hollow bubble)
