The answer is: Cramming for a skills test can lower your performance and increase your test anxiety.

Cramming refers to the act of memorizing a lot of information within a very short period of time.

This method of studying is considered to be very inefficient. It does not provide enough time for the learners to have a full grasp of the materials since they can only memorize the materials very briefly. Because of this, they would most likely experience anxiety during the actual test.

Cramming for an example you should never be your primary method of studying. Probably not. Cramming is not a good habit. It does not allow you to recall or use knowledge effectively or retain it over the long term. And also, it can be a very stressful experience.
