Q. What effect did WW1 have on the suffragist movement?

A. They stopped campaigning for the right to vote and started to help contribute to the war effort by working in munitions factories.

Q. Describe the impact of the Nineteenth Amendment on the presidential election of 1920.

A. Well, the 19th Amendment is the Amendment giving Woman Suffrage Rights.
In other words, women can vote. Given this, there will be an increase in votes providing bigger opportunities for presidential candidates. Keep in mind that back then there were a lot of women. Men, lots of them passed away in WWl and so did women but more men, meaning the votes might be more consistent in women.
