Plants food production will stop completely. Plant cells contains a pigment called chlorophyll in their chloroplast. They convert light into chemical potential energy. However, chlorophyll is green in colour. This is due to the pigment reflecting off only green light away, resulting I'm us viewing the plant as green coloured. This shows that green light could not be used during photosynthesis.

Plants in extended periods of green light would therefore experience no food production.
