(x+y)² = 49 (x-y)²=29
x + y = √49 x-y=√29 ⇒ y = x - √29
x + y = 7
x+y = 7
But y = x - √29 ⇒ x + x - √29 = 7
2x - √29 = 7
2x = 7 + √29
7 + √29
x = ------------
