Please help me solve: A sign in a freight elevator states that the maximum capacity of the elevator is 2,500 pounds. Use the average weight of a box as 75 pounds and the average weight of a crate as 160 pounds to complete the following parts.Part AWrite an inequality that represents the maximum capacity of this elevator, where x represents the number of boxes and y represents the number of crates. Include any constraints that must also exist.

75x+160y\leq2500

1) Gathering the data, we can write down the following list:

• Maximum Capacity of the Elevator: 2500 lbs

,

• The average weight of a box: 75 lbs

,

• The average weight of a crate: 160 lbs

,

• x stands for boxes

,

• y stands for crates

2) As the maximum capacity of the freight elevator is 2500 lbs no cargo over that capacity can be lifted up by this elevator. As we don't know the number of boxes and neither we have the number of crates we can write down the following:

75x+160y\leq2500

Note that the weight of the boxes and crates are used as the coefficients of this inequality. e And that is the answer
