To answer this question we will use the following properties:

Using the distributive property we get:


(3x+2)(9x^2+5x+3)=3x\cdot9x^2+3x\cdot5x+3x\cdot3+2\cdot9x^2+2\cdot5x+2\cdot3.

Simplifying the above result we get:


(3x+2)(9x^2+5x+3)=27x^3+15x^2+9x+18x^2+10x+6.

Adding like terms, we get:


27x^3+33x^2+19x+6.
