Can someone help me with this i always forget how to solve these

Since 1 cup is 128 grams
Half a cup is 64 grams
So she needed 96 grams
96 - 64 = 32
So she needs 32 grams
Which is equal to
1/4 cup

I believe she would need to add 1/4 of a cup
