Answer with explanation:

The equation in two variables , which are ,x and y is

1.→ 2 x + y =3

2. →3 y = x -12

x -3 y=12

Writing both the equation in slope intercept form

1.\rightarrow(x)/((3)/(2)) +(y)/(3)=1\\\\2.\rightarrow(x)/(12) -(3y)/(12)=1\\\\.\rightarrow(x)/(12) -(y)/(4)=1

And, then plotting the graph of both the linear equation on the coordinate plane. The graph which is resembling with the options given is:

Option B
