The equation shows the relationship between x and y: y = −9x + 5
What is the slope of the equation? (4 points)

The slope is B.-9
You can see this using the line in slope-intercept form
y=mx+b
m= slope
so because it is in this form whatever is by the x is the slope!
so
y=-9x+5
-9 is the slope
