"Some of the fast food restaurants sound healthy, but they aren't. For example, a chicken sandwich (deep fried) served with mayo has more than 500 calories, 36 grams of fat, and 12 grams of saturated fat. That's one third of the calories and fat most kids need in a day. Then you add the fries and drink and get more calories and fat. But a 3-ounce portion of skinless chicken only had 140 calories, 3 grams of fat.

A. Kids need a lot of fat
B. Kids don't need any fat
C. Kids need some fat but not much

C. If kids need a lot of fat, they'd all be obese. If kids eat NO fat, then they'd gain little to no weight at all.
