Mr Richmond has a picture of his son that is 0.05 meter wide.

Width of the original picture = 0.05 meter

He made a copy of the picture that was 1/10 the size of the original picture

Width of copy picture = 1/10 of width of original picture

\begin{gathered} \text{Width of copy picture=}(1)/(10)*0.05\text{ meter} \\ \text{Width of copy picture=}0.005\text{ meter} \end{gathered}

Answer: width of the copy picture is 0.005 meter
