I'm taking the same math finals right now.

The correct answer is: f(1/2) = 14/3

How? Well let's substitute the x (which is 1/2) into the equation.

We get f(1/2) = -2/3(1/2) + 5

Now we solve it.

f(1/2) = -2/3(1/2) + 5

= -2/6 + 5

= -2/6 + 30/6

= 28/6

= 14/3

The answer we get is

f(1/2) = 14/3
