-First, multiply both sides of the equation by 7

`\begin{gathered} 7\cdot0=7\cdot(2x-3)/(7) \\ 0=2x-3 \end{gathered}`

-Add 3 to both sides of the equation

`\begin{gathered} 0+3=2x-3+3 \\ 3=2x \end{gathered}`

-Divide both sides by 2

`\begin{gathered} (3)/(2)=(2x)/(2) \\ (3)/(2)=x \end{gathered}`

For x=3/2, f(x)=0
