We have to draw the image of the quadrilateral ABCD after the translation: 4 units up and 1 unit to the right.

This transformation can be written as:

(x,y)\longrightarrow(x+1,y+4)

Then, for each of the four points we can write:

\begin{gathered} A=(-2,-5)\longrightarrow A^(\prime)=(-2+1,-5+4)=(-1,-1) \\ B=(-4,3)\longrightarrow B^(\prime)=(-4+1,3+4)=(-3,7) \\ C=(6,2)\longrightarrow C^(\prime)=(6+1,2+4)=(7,6) \\ D=(6,-2)\longrightarrow D^(\prime)=(6+1,-2+4)=(7,2) \end{gathered}

We can then draw it like:
