Specific heat capacity is the quality of heat required to change the temperature of the unit mass of the substance by one degree.

specific heat capacity (C)=energy required / mass x change in temperature
energy=1495j
mass=376g
change in temperature=66-55=11
c=1495/376 x11=0.3615 j/mol/k
