Going from right to left top to bottom, the quadrants are
1- Top right,
2- Top left
3- Bottom left
4- Bottom right

The point (5,-2) would be in the 4th plane BUT
It wants (-x,y) so chance the POSITIVE 5 to NEGATIVE
Our new point is (-5,-2)
This lies on the bottom left or the 3rd quadrant plane
