A 8ft tall telephone booth standing next to an adult giraffe casts a 4ft shadow. If the adult giraffe is 14ft tall then how long is its shadow?

First divide 4 by 8

4 ÷ 8 = 0.5

Then times 0.5 by 14

0.5 * 14 = 7

The answer is 7
